Clean bill of health!!!

ok... heard from doc EVERYTHING is great! He said I needed to come by get a copy of my lab report and hang it with a gold star. iron, calcium, potassium, cholesteral perfect no diabetes, b12 etc etc... so he refered me to an ortho because of my hands (quicker to get into than a neurologist) due to my earlier fracture on the left and my burns etc... now numbness, he said he may send me to a neurologist but we'll start with ortho... he can check again for carprol tho he is pretty sure i don't have it. Good news for christmas...good health! ;-)

to decorate... Jay and I have been having fun preparing for the Solstice party check it out...

No yoga for ahwile...

Doc said what I thought he'd say... over doing it with yoga... so no yoga for a week. I got blood tests this morning, a routine all tests kind of thing. No arthritis, no carpol tunnel, no diabetes dad, tho he tests anyways. He said i most likely just need a B12 shot this week. He said Im 18 inside pushing myself but not on the outside ;-) sooo good news, peace of mind. Blood tests are back in 4 days... He has me taking aleve, an anti-inflammatory to see if the numbness goes away in 3-4 days... if yes, we have a forsure diagnosis.

Im sad I can't do yoga for a week... but glad im super healthy as usual! ;-)
I feel good today... tonight is work dinner...

Hard work pays off...

I received an award today... kudos for going beyond the scope of the departments services and bringing in revenue. I received a 600.00 phone and the monthly bill paid for. Not too shabby of a day! Off to yoga in a few hours...then on to more candle making...Yay!

It is raining really hard today. I love it!!! The garden house looks so fresh after a good rain! The gutters are pretty full and the rain has created a pond out front. We are hoping to get frogs soon! ;-)

Currently at work, procrastinating as usual, I am looking forward to yoga in a few hours & then some more candle making. Jay and I have become a candle factory as of late, small ones...big ones... round ones, square ones... its fun fuN FUN! Cinamon and vanilla were our scents of choice this time around. We hung lights around the pillars, in the front of the house. When you walk out it is so bright its like walking out into a first snow... so we pretend! We even have 3 reindeer (sticks) on the porch too. Happy cozy family! Charlie is a bed cow and the kitties are 'cooler' kitties! Meaning... out of all the places they have that is warm and cozy to sleep they sleep squished on a cooler. Hopefully the frogs don't sleep in our shoes...

Well, here I am, hanging in the sun Thanksgiving morning '09... however, that ear might possibly reveal I am a secret elf, for Santas workshop...

Birthday has passed...I live on!
