The verdict of what resides under the house:
One night we went into the garden and everything was mysteriously moving all around us, the branches above, the ivy over the fountain, the plants on the ground, so we stood there quietly trying to see what was creating what seemed to be a hallucination. Then out of nowhere something came flying out of the trees and landed on Jays back... he spun around flailing his arms screaming, he was so startled. It was the BIGGEST rat I have ever seen, the size of a cat, it was redish brown and had giant fangs!!! I ran inside. Super scary looking lil monster!!! No wonder why Sid and Linus stay inside at night! HA! Well... Anyhow, I'm kidding about the rat jumping on Jay but it was a funny visual wasn't it!?!?! ;-) We did go into the garden and everything was moving all around us and there was no wind whatsoever... it was very stranger and eerie. Then we saw one, a GIANT rat running along the fence, and then another, and another they were everywhere but now we know what the creatures are under the house banging on the pipes at night! Note to self, do not live in a house next to an alley in the City, the rats own it.
