The beef jerky turned out yum...yum...yummy! Marinade = maple syrup, honey, teriyaki, soy, red pepper flakes, garlic, worchester, something else and the secret ingrediant and a little olive oil! salmon again this weekend! Possibly getting a family of punk ins to mutilate and eat their innards! ;O) he, he. Life is good!
